Policies

By booking with SignosaurusRex LLC, you are agreeing to all stated policies. 

Rental Policy

• Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation/date. 
• Clients living in gated neighborhoods must pre-arrange for both set-up and take down purposes. 
• Please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, weed eaters,  animals, children playing nearby, etc. *You will be billed for any damage that occurs to our products while they are installed on your property*
• Please do not attach balloons to any part of the display. 
• If you have a landscaper scheduled, please arrange for them to come before we set up or after we take down. 
• SignosaurusRex, LLC and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the reservation period, set-up or removal of any rental.

Refund Policy

• If you must cancel your booking for any reason, you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date, based on our availability. 
• In the event of inclement or hazardous weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. No refunds will be given for weather - we will reschedule as soon as availability allows or you may receive credit for a future booking.
• No refunds will be given due to client giving us the wrong address. 
• No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display. 
• No refunds will be given due to yard conditions that prevent the display from being set up (i.e. hard ground, rocks, unsafe area, steep hill, etc.) Every effort will be made on our part to install your display.
• No refunds will be given due to animals preventing the display from being set up. 
• No refunds will be given for being denied access to a gated community. 
• No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display that are out of our control.
